On 9-27-2023 I shared the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announcement and press release about the remains identification of U.S. Army Tech Sgt Leonard Dettloff, 26, of Detroit, Michigan. Tech Sgt Dettloff, killed during WWII, was accounted for on May 5, 2023. Tech Sgt Dettloff's burial service at Great Lakes National Cemetery (GLNC) in Holly, MI is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. EDT Friday, October 27, 2023. GLNC is located at 4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI. Arrangements for Tech Sgt. Dettloff are being handled by Resurrection Funeral Home in Clinton Township, MI.
